参松养心胶囊对老年冠心病无症状性心肌缺血患者血管内皮细胞功能、心率震荡及心率变异性的影响

Effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on vascular endothelial cell function,heart rate turbulence and heart rate variability in patients of silent myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease

目的观察参松养心胶囊对老年冠心病无症状性心肌缺血患者血管内皮细胞功能、心率震荡(HRT)及心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法将124例老年冠心病无症状性心肌缺血患者随机分为观察组62例和对照组62例,对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予参松养心胶囊治疗,2组均连续治疗8周。检测2组治疗前后ST段压低的发生次数与累计持续时间、心率(HR)、心肌耗氧量指数(RPP)及血清NO、ET-1水平,并记录2组治疗后HRT及HRV变化情况。结果 2组治疗后ST段压低的发生次数与累计持续时间均显著减少(P均<0.05),血清NO、ET-1水平及HR、RPP、HRT、HRV相关指标均明显改善(P均<0.05),且观察组各指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊能够显著改善老年冠心病无症状性心肌缺血患者的心电图缺血变化,降低心肌耗氧量,改善患者血管内皮细胞功能及HRT及HRV,安全有效,值得临床推荐。

Objective It is to observe the influence of Shensong Yangxin Capsule（SSYXC） on vascular endothelial cell function,heart rate turbulence（HRT） and heart rate variability（HRV） in patients with silent myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.Methods 124 senile patients with silent myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group（62 cases） and control group（62 cases）,the patients were received routine western medicine treatment in the control group and routine western medicine treatment combined with SDYXC in the observation group,all patients were treated for 8 weeks.Frequency and cumulative duration of ST segment depression,heart rate（HR）,myocardial oxygen consumption index（RPP）,and serum NO and ET-1 levels were detected in the two groups before and after treatment,and the changes of HRT and HRV were recorded in two groups.Results After treatment,the occurrence times and cumulative duration of ST segment depression after treatment in the 2 groups were significantly reduced（all P 〈 0.05）,and the serum levels of NO and ET-1,HR,RPP,HRT and HRV were significantly improved（all P 〈 0.05）,and the improvement of these indexes in the observation group were significantly better than the control group（all P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion SSYXC can significantly improve the ischemic electrocardiographic changes of coronary heart disease in elderly patients with silent myocardial ischemia,reduce myocardial oxygen consumption,and improve the function of vascular endothelial cells,HRT and HRV.It is safe and effective,and worthy of clinical recommendation.
