丙泊酚单用及联合芬太尼在无痛人流中的麻醉效果

目的对比无痛人流术中单用丙泊酚与丙泊酚＋芬太尼的麻醉效果。方法：将118例无痛人流术患者分成对照组（单用丙泊酚）与观察组（丙泊酚＋芬太尼），对比两组患者麻醉效果。结果：观察组麻醉效果、镇痛效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：丙泊酚与芬太尼联合用于无痛人流术中可获得良好的麻醉效果与镇痛效果。

Objective to compare the painless abortion intraoperative use of propofol anesthesia with propofol plus fentanyl effect. Methods： 118 cases of patientswith painless abortion surgery were divided into control group （propofol alone） and observation group （propofol plus fentanyl）, Compared two groups of patientswith anesthesia effects. Results： Anesthesia effect and analgesic effect of observation group was obviously better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Propofol and fentanyl combined used in painless abortion surgery can obtain good effect of anesthesia and analgesia effect, should be comprehensivepopularization and application.
