中医药治疗老年人三叉神经痛的临床分析

目的观察中医药治疗老年人三叉神经痛的临床效果。方法：选取老年人三叉神经痛患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，观察组患者中医药治疗，对照组单纯口服卡马西平治疗。结果：观察组总有效率高达98．33％；对照组为86．67％，两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：中医药辩证治疗老年人三叉神经痛患者比单纯口服卡马西平治疗比较临床疗效较好，值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with trigeminal neuralgia clinical effect. Methods：select the elderly with trigemirtal neuralgia patients with 120 eases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group, the observationgroup of patients with Chinese medicine treatment, the control group treated by oral administration of carbamazepine treatment, observed and compared two groupsof patients with clinical curative effect. Results： the study we selected 120 cases of patients in the observation group, the total efficiency is high up to 98. 33%;control group the total effective rate was 86.67%. The difference between the two groups have statistical significance. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese Medicinedialectical therapy for elderly patients with trigeminal neuralgia than simply export service carbamazepine in the treatment of compared clinical curative effect isgood, it is worth popularization and application in the clinical treatment.
