美托洛尔治疗冠心病的临床分析

目的探讨美托洛尔治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法：选取我院2014年6月-2015年2月收治的82例冠心病患者为研究对象，随机均分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的同时采用美托洛尔治疗，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为97．56％明显高于对照组患者的治疗总有效率78．45％，两组患者的总有效率差异显著，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：采用美托洛尔治疗冠心病，可以有效改善冠心病的临床症状，缓解患者出现心绞痛，值得在临床上广泛推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods： Selected in our hospital in June 2014and 2015 February were 82 cases of patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） as the research object, were randomly divided to observation group and controlgroup. The control group with conventional therapy, the observation group in the conventional therapy and the use of metoprolol in the treatment, to observeclinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results： Clinical observation of treatment of patients with total effective rate was 97.56% was significantlyhigher than that of the control group, the treatment efficiency was 78.45%, two groups of patients with total efficiency has significant difference, the difference isstatistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The use of metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD） can effectively improve the coronary heartdisease clinical symptoms and remission in patients with angina pectoris, it !s widely used in clinic.
