从十二消息卦论女性围绝经期综合征

中医学“天人相应”的理论认为，人体是一个小宇宙，人体在漫长的进化过程中发展出一套与宇宙的时空变化规律相通应生理调控机制，因此十二消息卦所揭示的阴阳消长规律同样能应用于阐释人体生命不同阶段的生理病理特点。本文根据“天人相应”的理论，从十二消息卦变化规律角度推理女性 围绝经期出现肝肾阳虚为主的生理变化，并阐释此生理变化对女性围绝经期综合征的影响，以期为中医理论发展和临床实践提供新思路。

Heaven corresponding＂ theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） holds that the human body is a small universe. During the long process of evolu-tion, the human body have developed with a spatial and temporal variation of the universe, which interlinks physiological regulation mechanisms. Hence, the lawof the growth and decline of yin and yang which is revealed by The twelve message hexagram in the Book of Changes is applied to demonstrate physiological andpathological characteristics at different stages of life. On the basis of ＂Heaven corresponding＂ theory in TCM, the physiological and pathological characteristicsin female peri-menopausal period which is centered on yang deficiency of liver and kidney is discussed in this paper. The explanation of this physiologicalchanges of women during the female perimenopansal syndrome is also illustrated. The discussion is to provide new ideas for the progress of theory and clinicalpractice of TCM.
