从体质特点谈老年消渴诊治

目的笔者应用体质学说探讨老年消渴常见的病机特点及相关治则。方法：以中医理论和体质学说为基础，收集诸家之长，结合现代医学研究，进行 归纳、分析。结果：老年消渴的中医病机与气阴两虚、瘀血内阻、气机失调、阴阳失调密切相关。治疗原则以益气养阴、活血化瘀、调畅气机、阴阳同调为主。

Objective the author applied physical theory to explore elderly diabetes, common characteristics of the pathogenesis and therapeutic principle. Meth-ods： based on the theory and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine theory, collect the length of the home, combined with modem medical research, induc-tion, analysis. Results： the elderly diabetes pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine with qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis resistance, disorder of qi activity,is closely related to the imbalance of Yin and Yang. Treatment with qi and nourishing Yin, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, regulating factors,the homology of Yin and Yang.
