中度支气管肺发育不良早产儿潮气呼吸肺功能的研究

目的观察中度支气管肺发育不良早产儿潮气呼吸肺功能各项指标的变化。方法研究对象中度支气管肺发育不良早产儿（观察组）26例，非支气管肺发育不良早产儿（对照组）28例：采用潮气呼吸法测定两组早产儿的潮气呼吸肺功能的各项指标。结果与对照组比较，观察组TI／TE降低，TPEF／TE，VPEF／VE降低，Vt／kg下降，差异均显著（P（O．05）。RR增快，潮气呼吸呼气峰流速稍减慢，观察组Mv较对照组降低，但差异无显著性。结论中度支气管肺发育不良早产儿存在小气道阻塞及肺顺应性的下降，潮气呼吸肺功能可作为新生儿呼吸监护重要的无创手段。

Objective To observe the changes of adverse tidal breathing lung function indexes of preterm infants with bronchial lung development.Method Researchobject moderate bronchial lung development of adverse neonatal （observation group） 26 cases, bronchial and lung development of adverse neonatal （control group）28 cases.The tidal breathing method determination of premature infants in the two groups of tidal breath pulmonary function indicators.Result Compared with thecontrol group, the observation group TI/TE decreased, TE TPEF/, VPEF/VE decreased, Vt/kg decreased, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.RR faster, tidalbreathing peak expiratory flow slow down slightly, MV in the observation group were lower than the control group, but no significant differences.Conclusion Mod-erate bronchial pulmonary dysplasia premature decline in mean tract obstruction and pulmonary compliance exists, the tidal breathing lung function can be is anoninvasive means to neonatal respiratory care important.
