血糖检验中采用快速血糖仪与常规生化仪的临床价值探讨

目的分析血糖检验中采用快速血糖仪和常规生化仪的临床应用价值。方法：纳入86例研究对象，按照患者入院的先后顺序分别检测餐前及餐后2 h血糖，分别选择快速血糖仪与常规生化仪对血糖进行检验，比较两组血糖测量值，探讨临床价值。结果：快速血糖仪餐前血糖值为（7．78±3．65）mmol／L，餐后2 h为（11．57±3．12）mol／L；常规生化仪餐前血糖值为（7．23±3．08）mmol／L，餐后2 h为（U．27±2．96）rmol／L；统计学软件分析后P〉0．05，差异性并不显著。结论：快速血糖仪与常规生化仪对血糖均可以进行检验，而快速血糖仪检验的检验结果具有较高的正确率，有助于医生对患者的治疗方案予以确定。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of fast blood glucose meter and routine biochemical analyzer in blood sugar test.Methods： Into thestudy of 86 subjects, according to patients admitted to the sequence were used to detect the preprandial and postprandial 2 hour blood glucose were fast bloodglucose meter and conventional biochemical analyzer test on blood glucose, blood glucose measurement was compared between the two groups value, to evaluatethe clinical value of.Results： The test comparing the value of blood glucose measured, fast blood glucose meter before the meal glucose values （7.78±3.65）retool/L,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose value （11.57±3.12） mmol/L; conventional biochemical analyzer before a meal glucose values （7.23±3.08）mmol/L, postprandial 2hours blood glucose value （ll.27±2.96）mmol/L; statistical analysis software of P 〉 0.05, no significant difference, statistical significance did not produce.Conclu-sion： The rapid blood glucose meter and the conventional biochemical instrument can be tested, and the test results of the rapid blood glucose meter has a highercorrect rate, help doctors to determine the patient＇s treatment plan.
