综合康复疗法治疗上肢骨折术后肘关节功能障碍的临床观察

目的研究综合康复疗法治疗上肢骨折术后肘关节功能障碍的临床效果。方法：收治83例上肢骨折术后肘关节功能障碍患者，分为常规康复组和综合康复组两个组别。常规康复组给予常规康复疗法；综合康复组给予综合康复疗法。结果：（1）综合康复组相比于常规康复组，肘关节功能恢复优良率更高，P〈0．05：（2）治疗前两组肘关节活动度ROM以及日常生活能力ADL评分相似，t统计处理无显著差异，P〉O．05；治疗后综合康复组相比于常规康复组肘关节活动度ROM以及日常生活能力ADL评分改善更显著，P〈0．05。结论：综合康复疗法治疗上肢骨折术后肘关节功能障碍的临床效果确切，可有效改善患者肘关节功能，提高其活动度和日常生活能力，值得推广。

Objective The clinical effect of elbow joint dysfunction after operation of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of upper limb fracture. Methods ：Treated 83 cases of upper extremity fracture postoperative elbow joint dysfunction patients. With grouping method： blind method. 83 patients were divid-ed into routine rehabilitation group and rehabilitation group of two groups. The conventional rehabilitation group received conventional rehabilitation therapy; com-prehensive rehabilitation group received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. Observation index： （1）the elbow joint function recovery rate; （2）the difference beforeand after treatment in patients with elbow joint of ROM and daily life ability score of ADL.Results：（1）comprehensive rehabilitation group compared to the conven-tional rehabilitation group elbow function recovery rate is higher, P〈0.05; （2）before treatment, two groups of elbow motion ROM and daily life ability score of ADLis similar to that of T statistical treatment had no significant difference, P〉0.05; after treatment compared to the conventional comprehensive rehabilitation group,rehabilitation group elbow motion ROM and daily life ability of ADL score significantly improved, P〈0.05.Conclusion ：The clinical effect of the treatment of upperextremity fracture of elbow joint dysfunction postoperative comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is effective, can effectively improve the patients with elbow jointfunction, improve the activity and the ability of daily life, and is worthy of promotion.
