经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效。方法:对经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者(43例52个椎体)进行回顾分析,椎体骨折在T6-L4,术前全部患者需完善相关影像学检查,手术用局部麻醉方法,由侧入路球囊扩张注射骨水泥9例,椎弓根入路34例,术前进行疼痛视觉评分(OAS)、0swestry功能障碍指数(ODI))评分和sI,进行配对t检验。结果:对所有患者进行回访,VAS评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),同时所有患者未出现严重并发症。结论:经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折效果显著。
