冠心病心绞痛采用倍他乐克、通心络联合治疗临床分析

目的探讨倍他乐克联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛效果。方法：选取冠心病心绞痛患者120例，采用数字表抽取法随机分组，就倍他乐克单用治疗（对照组，n=60）与加用通心络胶囊治疗（观察组，n=60）效果展开对比。结果：观察组选取的冠心病心绞痛患者总有效率为95％，明显高于对照组75％，有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。两组用药期间，均无严重不良反应，观察组仅1例上腹不适，未影响治疗，对症处理后好转。结论：针对临床收治的冠心病心绞痛患者，在常规应用倍他乐克治疗基础上，取通心络胶囊加用，可显著提高临床效果，且具较高安全性，对保障患者预后，提高远期生存质量意义显著，具较高推广应用价值。

Objective To study the betaloc combination effect of tongxinluo capsule to treat coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods： Choose 120 cases ofpatients with coronary heart disease angina,adopting digital table extraction method randomized, just betaloc therapy alone （the control group, n=60） and add treat-ment with tongxinluo capsule （observation group, n=60） effect. Results： The observation group of selected patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris thetotal effective rate was 95%, significantly higher than the control group was 75%,statisticaUy significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Taking tongxinluo capsule can signifi-candy improve the clinical effect, and high security, on the prognosis of patients with security, significantly improve the quality of long-term survival significance,has higher application value.
