Lowell评分在观察高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎中的应用

目的观察高渗盐水治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法：采用随机对照的临床研究方法。将毛细支气管炎患儿分为观察组和对照组，观察组雾化吸入3％氯化钠，对照组雾化吸入生理盐水＋沙丁胺醇，每8h1次。比较2组患儿Lowell评分、肺部哮鸣音、湿哕情消失时间及住院时间。结果：观察组24、48、72hLoweU评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义；观察组肺部哮鸣音、湿哕晴消失时间及住院时间显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义；观察组及对照组均无明显不良反应。结论：雾化吸入高渗盐水治疗非重症毛细支气管炎安全、有效。

Objective To study the effect of nebulized hypertonic saline solution in chindren with bronchiolitis.Methods Thiswas a randomized control clinical study.80 children with bronchiolitis were divided randomly into two groups, 40 cases intreatment group ,and 40 cases in contrast group.Children in treatment group nebulized hypertonic saline solution,and incontrast group nebulized 0.9% saline slution＋salbutamol,this therapy was repeated every 8 hours.The Lowell score ,wheezingremission time and moist crackles disappearance time,days of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.ResuhsThe Lowell score were lower in the treatment group compared to the contrast group in 24,48,72 houres after treatment,and thewheezing remission time and moist crackles disappearance time,days of hospitalization were also shorter.Chilidren in twogroups did not appeare untoward effect .conclusion The treatment of nebulized hypertonic saline solution in hospital childrenwith mild to moderate bronchiolitis is effective and safety.
