腹腔内3例纱布瘤超声诊断分析

目的探讨腹腔纱布瘤的超声诊断特点。方法：术前超声与手术及病理结果对比分析，回顾性研究、总结。结果：超声表现为实性伴宽大声影占位、囊实性伴浅淡或不明显声影占位，占位周边不同程度炎性改变，超声具有较准确的定位，定性价值。结论：纱布瘤在超声检查中有较特异的声像图表现，结合手术病史能为临床提供准确的诊断信息。

Objective To explo re the ultrasonic diagnosis of abdominal cavity gauze tumor characteristics.Methods：preoperative ultrasound contrast analysis with operation and pathology results, retrospective study and summary.Results：thesonographic findings of solid with wide shadow placeholder loudly, pouch or solid, with a shallow light or not obvious acousticshadow placeholder surrounding inflammatory change, different level of ultrasound is of accurate positioning, qualitative value.Conclusion：gauze tumor in the ultrasound has a specific performance, ultrasonography combined with history can offer accuratediagnostic information for clinical surgery.
