机械通气辅助治疗老龄急性左心力衰竭并发呼吸衰竭的疗效观察

目的分析机械通气辅助治疗老龄急性左心力衰竭并发呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法：随机选取我院急诊救治的老龄急性左心力衰竭并发呼吸衰竭患者，分为研究组和对照组；给予对照组常规医药方案及静脉药物治疗，研究组运用对照组药物治疗的同时，应用机械通气辅助治疗；分析对比2组患者临床疗效。结果：研究组老龄患者的临床治疗有效率（92．0％）优于对照组患者（68．O％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；同时，比较2组患者临床护理预后，研究组患者治疗后血气分析、呼吸衰竭缓解时间等临床预后要好于对照组。2组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针对老龄急性左心力衰竭并发呼吸衰竭患者临床治疗中，可以应用机械通气辅助治疗方法，与单纯常规药物治疗比较。可有效提升患者临床疗效．改善患者预后。

Results： the two groups of elderly patients with acute left heart failure complicatedwith respiratory failure after clinical treatment, the team after elderly patients using mechanical ventilation adjuvant therapy,the patient＇s clinical treatment effectiveness is better than that of control group （92.0%） patients （68.0%）, two groups oftreatment effectiveness comparison differences （P 〈 0.05）; At the same time, compare two groups of patients in the clinicalnursing outcomes, in patients with the team, in the treatment of patients after alleviate blood gas analysis, respiratory failuretime, the clinical prognosis is higher than the control group, compared the two groups have statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： in elderly patients with acute left heart failure complicated with respiratory failure in clinical treatment,mechanical ventilation can be applied to the auxiliary treatment, compared with the conventional drug treatment, which caneffectively improve the clinical curative effect, improve the prognosis of patients, can play a positive impact.
