摘要
目的分析护理实习带教小组在临床护理管理中的应用效果,为临床提供参考。方法:选取来我院实习的50名护理实习生作为观察对象,时间为2014年6月-2015年9月,采用随机分组的方式将50名护理实习生分成对照组与实验组,每组25名。对照组采取传统带教模式,实验组采取护理实习带教小组带教模式,观察比较2组护理实习生的满意度评分、护理投诉率及护理服务缺陷率。结果:实验组的护理服务缺陷率(4.00%)显著低于对照组的护理服务缺陷率(36.00%);2组护理实习生的满意度评分及护理投诉率的比较结果存在显著差异,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:对护理实习生采取护理实习带教小组带教模式,能够有效提高护理实习生满意度评分,降低护理实习生的护理投诉率及护理服务缺陷率,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the nursing practice teaching team in the application of clinical nursing management effect,provide reference for clinical.Methods:Our hospital 50 nursing interns as research object, the treating time is on June 6, 2014to September 2015, with the method of random grouping will be 50 nursing interns were divided into control group andexperimental group, each group of 25. Control group adopts the traditional teaching mode, the experimental group to takenursing practice teaching team and teaching mode, compare two groups of nursing interns satisfaction score, defect rate ofcomplaints and nursing service. Results: the experimental group of nursing service defect rate (4.00%) was significantly lowerthan the control group of nursing service defects (36.00%);Two groups of nursing interns satisfaction ratings and measuredsignificant differences of the comparison results, p 〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The nursinginterns to take nursing internship teaching team, teaching mode, can effectively improve nursing satisfaction score, reducenursing interns measured and nursing service defects, worth clinical promotion.
