康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能的影响

目的分析康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能的影响。方法：选取我院脑卒中偏瘫患者60例，接受治疗的时间为2013年2月-2014年7月期间，随机分为2组（观察组和对照组）。每组各有30例患者，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用康复护理，比较2组患者护理后康复率、住院时间和卧床时间。结果：观察组脑卒中偏瘫患者护理后的康复率高于对照组脑卒中偏瘫患者，观察组脑卒中偏瘫患者护理后的住院时间和卧床时间优于对照组脑卒中偏瘫患者（P〈0．05）。结论：给予脑卒中偏瘫患者康复护理措施，不仅能促进患者运动功能恢复，还能减少患者卧床时间和住院时间。

Objective To analyze movement function in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia rehabilitation nursing.Methods：Selected from 60 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia, treatment time for during February 2013 to July 2014,were randomly divided into two groups （observation group and the control group）, each group has 30 patients in the control groupusing conventional care, observation group with rehabilitation care, compared two groups of patients after nursing recovery rate,length of hospital stay and bed time. Results：Observation group of patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia nursing after therecovery rate is higher than the control group of stroke patients with hemiplegia,observation group of patients with cerebralapoplexy hemiplegia nursing after hospitalization time and bed time is better than that of control group in cerebral apoplexyhemiplegia patients （P 〈 0,05）. Conclusion：For patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia rehabilitation nursing measures, notonly can promote the patient movement function recovery, reduce patients lie in bed and hospitalization time.
