赖宁格跨文化护理理论在急诊护理中的运用

目的探讨赖宁格跨文化护理在急诊护理中的应用效果。方法：择取我院2014年1月。2014年12月收治的急诊患者200例作为本次的研究对象，按照入院治疗的顺序分为2组，分别为常规组和干预组，每组患者均100例。其中对常规组患者给予一般护理措施，对干预组患者给予赖宁格跨文化护理，比较2组患者的护理满意度。结果：常规组与干预组患者的护理满意度分别为77．0％与97．0％，说明干预组患者的护理满意度明显高于常规组．2组比较差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对急诊患者给予赖宁格跨文化护理的应用价值显著，能够优化护理质量，提高医院的整体服务水平，患者满意度高，值得大力推广并应用。

Objective To study the leininger application effect in cross-cultural nursing in emergency nursing.Methods：Willpick our hospital in January 2014 - December 2014 200 cases treated in emergency patients as the research object, according tothe order of the hospital was divided into two groups, conventional group and intervention group respectively,and the patientswere 100 cases in each group.Which gives general nursing intervention in patients with normal group,the intervention grouppatients give leininger cross-cultural nursing care, compared two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care.Results：Conventional group and intervention group patients satisfaction with nursing care are 77.0% and 77.0% respectively,suggestingintervention and nursing satisfaction of patients was obviously higher than that of normal group,two groups is significantdifference,statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Give leininger cross-cultural nursing in patients with emergencyapplication value, to optimize the quality of care, improve the service level of hospital and patient satisfaction is high, is worthpromoting and application.
