临床护理健康指导在母婴同室新生儿护理中的应用及效果评价

目的探讨研究临床护理健康指导在母婴同室新生儿护理中的应用，并对其效果进行评价。方法：在我院2013年4月-2015年7月接收分娩的孕妇中随机选取79例，并分为对照组和观察组2组，对照组新生儿采取常规护理，观察组新生儿进行”母婴同室”的全方位指导，在住院期间对产妇与新生儿进行记录观察，对比分析2组产妇产后并发症的发生率与新生儿不良反应的发生率。结果：产妇生产后并发症的发生率分别为：观察组35．74％，对照组78．31％。新生儿不良反应的发生率为对照组0．12％，观察组27．49％。对2组所有差异进行统计学检验，P〈0．05，具有意义。结论：临床护理健康指导应用于母婴同室新生儿护理中可以很好地降低产妇产后并发症的发生率，且可有效的防止新生儿不良反应的发生，有利于产妇的产后恢复及新生儿的生长发育，值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To explore the application of health guidance for clinical nursing in maternal and newborn care, and evaluate the effect. Method：In our hospital in April 2013 and 2015, July to receive delivery of pregnant women randomly selected 79 cases, which were divided into control group and observation group and routine nursing care was taken in control group of infants and newborns were ＂rooming in＂ the full range of guidance, during the period of hospitalization on maternal and newborn were observed and recorded, a comparative analysis of the occurrence of two groups of puerperas are postpartum complications incidence rate and neonatal ad verse reaction. Result：Observation results： the incidence of postpartum complications were： 35.74% in the observation group and 78.31% in the control group. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the newborn was 70.12% in the control group and 27.49% in the observation group. All statistical tests of differences betweenthe two groups, P 〈 0.05, significance. Conclusion：Application of clinical nursing health guidance in rooming in care of the newborn can be very good to reduce the incidence of postpartum complications, and can effectively prevent the occurrence of neonatal adverse reaction and conducive to maternal postpartum recovery and neonatal growth and development, is worthy of clinical promotion widely.
