临床护理路径在恶性肿瘤护理中的应用研究

目的研究实施临床护理路径服务模式治疗恶性肿瘤患者的临床效果。方法：选取恶性肿瘤患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组行常规的恶性肿瘤护理服务，研究组行临床护理路径服务模式，观察并记录2组患者的住院时间、住院费用、不良反应发生情况，并对患者的满意率进行调查。结果：研究组患者的住院天数明显少于对照组（P〈0．05），研究组的住院费用显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。研究组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。研究组患者对恶性肿瘤护理工作的满意率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：临床护理路径能够有效地降低治疗费用，降低不良反应发生率，提高患者的满意度，值得临床重视。

Objective To study the analysis of the clinical results for patients with malignant clinical nursing path servicemode. Methods n = 160 cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and study group and the control group routinecancer care, research group clinical nursing path service model, observe and record the length of stay of two groups of patients,hospital costs, adverse events, and patient satisfaction rate survey. Results hospitalization （12.54 ±4.75 days） study group weresignificantly lower than the control group （15.63 ±5.30 days） （P 〈0.05）, hospital costs study group （7313.59 ± 489.33 million） wassignificantly lower than the control group （9890.22 ± 630.21 yuan） （P 〈0.05）. Study group of patients with adverse events（31.25%） was significantly lower than the control group （48.75%） （P 〈0.05）. Research on cancer care patients satisfaction rate（96.25%） was significantly higher （77.50%） （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway can effectively reduce the cost oftreatment and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve patient satisfaction, worthy of attention.
