中医辨证治疗不明原因发热26例

目的探讨中医辨证治疗不明原因发热（FUO）的临床疗效。方法：将符合条件的FUO患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在对症支持退热治疗基础上，根据中医辨证给予相应中药汤剂治疗，对照组仅予对症支持退热治疗。疗程均为14天。结果：治疗组总有效率为73．1％，对照组总有效率为22．7％，2组总有效率比较。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），治疗组优于对照组。结论：中医辨证治疗不明原因发热的临床疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of differentiation by traditional Chinese medicine in patients with Feverof Unknown Origin（FUO）. Methods ：The 48 cases of FUO patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in treatment group were given symptomatic treatment as well as decoctions based on differentiation by traditionalChinese medicine. Patients in control group were given symptomatic treatment only. Course of treatment was 14 days.Results：The total effective rate was 73.1% in treatment group, and the total effective rate was 22.7% in control group, the difference wasstatistically significant between the two groups, the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion：The clinicalefficacy of differentiation by traditional Chinese medicine in patients with FUO was superior to symptomatic treatment of Westernmedicine.
