龙胆泻肝汤联合针刺治疗肝经湿热型早泄的临床研究

目的探讨龙胆泻肝汤联合针刺治疗肝经湿热型早泄的临床疗效及可能的作用机制。方法：选取我院泌尿外科及中医科门诊就诊的符合诊断标准的早泄患者120例，随机分为4组，每组各30例，分别治疗。结果：4组治疗前IELT、患者性生活满意度评分、配偶性生活满意度评分、血清睾酮检测差异均无显著性意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后各项指标均有不同程度的改善，组内比较差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：龙胆泻肝汤联合针刺治疗可明显改善肝经湿热型早泄的症状，且安全有效。其作用可能与中药对血清睾酮的调节有关。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Longdan xiegan decoction combined with acupuncture treatment intreating syndrome of dampness heat of premature ejaculation. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with dampness heat ofpremature ejaculation were randomly divided into Groups A,B,Cand D in equal number,30 patients in each group, treatmentrespectively. Results： Before the treatment,there were no different between IELT,the mean intercourse satisfaction domainvalues, the sexual activity satisfaction domain values of the patient couples and the Serum Testosterone of the four groups. Aftertreatment, the indexes were improved in different degree, and there were significant differences between the groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with acupuncture treatment can obviously improve liver heat type symptoms ofpremature ejaculation. And it is a safe and effective method. Its effect may be related to the regulation of serum testosterone.
