针灸加康复训练治疗脑血管意外后偏瘫的临床效果分析

目的探究针灸加康复训练治疗脑血管意外后偏瘫的临床效果。方法：选取脑血管意外后偏瘫患者随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组进行常规治疗，实验租在常规治疗的基础上使用针灸加康复训练治疗。结果：实验组与对照组在治疗后运动功能和日常生活活动能力均较治疗前增加显著，差异具有统计学意义P〈0．0．5。治疗后。实验组的运动功能和日常生活活动能力较对照组恢复得更好，差异有统计学意义P〈0．05。结论：对脑血管意外后偏瘫患者的治疗，在常规治疗基础上加以针灸和康复训练辅助治疗，有助于提高治疗效果，促进患者肢体恢复，提高患者生活质量，此治疗方案值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training in treating cerebral vascularaccident.Methods：80 patients with cerebral vascular accident were randomly divided into the experimental group and the controlgroup with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the experimental rent was treatedwith Acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on the basis of conventional treatment.Resulte：In the experimental group and thecontrol group, after treatment, the motor function and daily living activity were significantly increased, the difference wasstatistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.After treatment, the motor function and activity of the experimental group were better than thoseof the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：On the basis of conventional treatment ofcerebral vascular accident, the patients with acupuncture and rehabilitation training, help to improve the treatment effect,promote the recovery of patients, improve the quality of life, the treatment program is worth promoting.
