优质护理服务应用于动静脉内瘘术后血透护理中的效果观察

目的分析优质护理服务应用于动静脉内瘘术后血透护理中的效果。方法：选取2012年12月-2014年6月我院收治的血液透析动静脉内瘘溶栓的患者100例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各50例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理，观察2组患者的并发症发生率、焦虑与抑郁程度等指标。结果：观察组患者的并发症发生率低至4．00％，焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表以及生活质量自评量表的评分均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：优质护理服务应用于动静脉内瘘术后血透护理中，降低了患者的并发症发生率、焦虑程度、抑郁程度，解决了患者的心理负担，提高患者的舒适度，有效的促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze quality of nursing service is applied in arteriovenous internal fistula in hemodialysis nursingeffect. Methods：Choose between December 2012 and June 2012 in our hospital blood dialysis arteriovenous fistula thrombolysis inpatients with 100 cases; were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group, control groupusing conventional care, observation group is made of high quality nursing, observe two groups of patients the incidence ofcomplications, degree of anxiety and depression, and other indicators. Results：The observation group of patients with complicationrates as low as 4.00%, anxiety self-assessment scale, depression self rating scale and quality of life of self rating scale scores werebetter than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions：High quality nursing service is applied in arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysisnursing, postoperative patients with reduced the incidence of complications, degree of anxiety, depression,solve the psychologicalburden of patients, improve patient comfort,effectively promote patients recover.
