摘要
目的观察新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF—a)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的动态变化。探索IL-2、TNF-a、VEGF在HIE早期分度、疗效及预后判断中的临床价值。方法:选取确诊轻度HIE、中度HIE、重度HIE足月新生儿为观察组,无窒息、无神经系统疾病的足月新生儿为对照组;所有实验对象于生后24h、第3天、第7天测血清IL-2、TNF-a、VEGF。结果:第1d HIE组与对照组血清3组细胞因子IL-2、TNF-a、VEGF均存在统计学差异(P〈0.05),血清IL-2水平与HIE严重程度呈负相关,血清TNF-a、VEGF水平与HIE严重程度呈正相关;后期IL-2水平逐步上升,TNF-a、VEGF水平逐步下降。结论:IL-2、TNF-a、VEGF有助于新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)早期分度、疗效及预后的判断。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of IL-2、TNF-a、VEGF in serumwith hypoxic-ischemicencephalopathy (HIE).To investigate the IL-2、TNF-a、VEGF of HIE of clinical value in early grading, curative effect andprognosis. Methods Mild, moderate, severe HIE neonates each 15 cases as experimental group, 15 neonates without chokingand nervous system diseases as the controls.They were examined serum IL-2、TNF-a、VEGF in 24hours,3days,Tdays. Results(1)IL-2、TNF-a、VEGF in the experimental group and control group in 24hours have significant differences (P〈0.05),Theserum level of IL - 2 have negatively correlated with severity of HIE.The serum level of TNF-a,VEGFhave positivelycorrelatedwith severity of HIE.The IL - 2 level gradually increased and the TNF-a,VEGF levelsgradually descended in later.ConclusionIL-2,TNF-a,VEGF can contribute to the early grading, curative effect and prognosis estimation of HIE.
