甘露醇在眼科疾病治疗中的应用效果观察

目的本文对眼科疾病的治疗使用甘露醇的效果进行研究。方法：选取我院眼科于2014年3月-2015年3月期间所接收的患者共160例，采用随机数字表法平均分为研究组（n=80）和参照组（n=80），2组患者均采用常规治疗手段，在此基础上，研究组加用甘露醇，并对2组患者治疗后的效果进行探讨。结果：加用甘露醇进行治疗的研究组患者治疗后的效果优于参照组患者，且对2组患者的基本数据进行比对后，显示数据有显著差异（p〈0．05）。结论：将甘露醇合理应用于眼病的治疗中，能够提高治疗效果，降低不良反应的发生率，这对于眼科疾病的治疗具有重要意义。

Objective This paper studied the application of mannitol in the treatment of diseases in Department ofophthalmology in effect. Methods： selected in our hospital during a march in March 2014 and 2015 received were a total of160 cases of patients, divided into study group （n = 80） and a reference group （n = 80） with random number table method, twogroups of patients are used by means of conventional treatment, based on research group were treated by mannitol and effectsof two groups of patients after treatment were discussed. Results： the preliminaries of mannitol for treatment study group ofpatients whose treatment was better than the reference group of patients, and patients in the two groups of basic datacomparison and display data is different （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： mannitol is reasonably applied to the treatment of eye disease,can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reaction, this research has important implications for thetreatment of diseases in Department of ophthalmology.
