两例腹股沟疝合并腹股沟管脂肪瘤的诊断治疗体会

目的探索腹股沟疝合并腹股沟管脂肪瘤的诊断治疗经验。方法：分析2014年3月-2015年6月2例腹股沟疝合并腹股沟管脂肪瘤的临床治疗资料。结果：术中切除腹股沟管脂肪瘤并行疝修补术，术后恢复顺利，随访至今未见复发。结论：切除腹股沟管脂肪瘤并行疝修补术是必要的。

Objective Lipoma relationship with inguinal canal inguinal hernia. Methods： The clinical data from March 2014to June 2015 two cases of inguinal canal lipoma.
