双心病心衰急性心梗溶栓抢救的体会

目的探讨观心病心衰急性心梗溶栓抢救的方式。方法：随机选取在我院就诊的双心病心衰急性心梗患者分成对照组和观察组，对照组患者给予一般的药物治疗方式，观察组患者给予溶栓抢救治疗，比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果：对照组治疗后临床总有效率为62．5％，观察组临床总有效率为87．5％，2组之间差异具有统计学意义（X2=6．328．P〈0．05）。治疗前2组患者的血小板参数各指标无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。治疗后，观察组患者各项参数与治疗后的对照组相比，各项指标都明显降低，P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：双心病心衰急性心梗溶栓治疗能够短时间内改善患者的血管功能，提高患者的生活质量和治疗效果，具有明显的疗效。

Objective To study the double heart disease heart failure of acute myocardial infarction （ami） thrombolysis rescuemethod. Methods： randomly selected from October 20!3 to sep 2015, 80 in our hospital in the double heart disease heartfailure in patients with acute myocardial infarction （ami） were divided into control group and observation group, control grouppatients give the general way of drug treatment, treatment group patients give thrombolysis rescue, compare the treatment effectof two groups of patients.Results： the control group after treatment. 10 healing of patients, accounted for 25.0%, 15 patientswith effective, （37.5%）, 15 patients with invalid, accounted for 37.5%, clinical total effective rate was 62.5%, the recovery ofobservation group patients have 15, accounted for 37.5%, effective 20 patients （50.0%）, 5 patients with invalid and accountedfor 12.5%, the clinical total effective rate was 87.5%, statistically significant difference between the two groups （X2 = 6.328, P〈 0.05）. Two groups of patients before treatment the platelet parameters of each indicator has no statistical difference （P 〉0.05）. After treatment, the observation group of patients with various parameters are compared with the control group aftertreatment, the indicators are significandy decreased, P 〈 0.05, the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion： double heartdisease heart failure thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction （ami） can in a short period of time to improve thepatient＇s blood vessel function, improve the patient＇s life quality and treatment effect, has obvious curative effect.
