自体脂肪移植在颜面部凹陷填充术中的应用效果观察

目的探究分析自体脂肪移植在颜面部凹陷填充术中的效果。方法：选取在我院整形美容外科进行治疗的颜面部凹陷患者80例，按随机数字表法分为观察组（40例）与对照组（40例），观察组给予自体脂肪移植治疗，对照组给予透明质酸钠注射治疗。观察并比较2组患者治疗后的效果及术后二次填充发生睛况。结果：观察组治疗后的优良率（92．50％）明显高于对照组的优良率（67．50％）；观察组术后3个月、1年的二次填充发生率（分别为（57．50％）、（10．00％））均明显低于对照组术后3个月、1年的二次填充发生率（分别为（82．50％）、（100．00％）），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在颜面部凹陷填充术中，自体脂肪移植的效果较好，能够显著降低术后二次填充发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of autologous fat transplantation in facial sag filling. Methods： 80 cases with facialsag filling, which admitted in our hospital plastic surgery during December 2014 - February 2016, were selected as theresearch object and divided into the observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）. Observation group was givenautologous fat transplantation treatment, while the control group was given sodium hyaluronate injection treatment. Aftertreatment, the effect of postoperative and secondary fill happening of the two groups were compared and observed. Results：After treatment the fine rate of the observation group （92.50%） was significantly higher than the control group （67.50%）;secondary filling rate after three months, a year of observation group （57.50%）, （10.00%） were significantly lower than thecontrol group （82.50%）, （100.00%）, the difference was significant statistically significant （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Autologous fattransplantation in facial sag filling has good effect, can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative secondary filling.
