丁苯酞联合高压氧治疗血管性痴呆对同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的影响

摘要 目的观察丁苯酞联合高压氧对血管性痴呆的疗效及对同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的影响。方法:选取2013年2月-2014年3月我院收治的60例血管性痴呆患者,随机分成两组,即高压氧组(B组)和丁苯酞联合高压氧治疗组(c组)各30例,进行12周的临床观察;治疗前后检测血清同型半胱氨酸(}icY)浓度、同时给予简易精神状态检查(MMSE)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)评分,并于正常对照组(A组)30例进行统计学比较,探讨丁苯酞联合高压氧血管源性轻度认知障碍的影响,并对患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)浓度进行检测,初步探讨及作用机制。结果:C组MMSE评分治疗后明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。C组治疗后HDS评分明显高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(p〈0.05)。B组和C组治疗后3个月的HCY浓度均明显低于治疗前(P〈0.05)。C组治疗3个月后HCY浓度明显低于B组和对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:通过采用丁苯酞联合高压氧治疗可明显提高患者的MMSE评分及HDS评分,降低患者血浆HCY浓度,其治疗措施安全有效.阻断HCY发展病理过程,具有较强的抗脑缺血作用。
