围手术期健康教育在白内障日间手术患者中的应用效果研究

目的探讨白内障日间手术患者围手术期的有效健康教育方式，提高此类患者手术配合的依从性。方法：采用随机筛选法分组进行，对照组给予常规手术护理；观察组给予术前观看多媒体录像，手术场景模拟健康宣教，做好围手术期健康教育。并比较2组患者手术配合的依从性。结果：2组患者焦虑程度、健康宣教内容掌握程度、以及护理满意度等三个方面的比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组的病人按照医生的要求配合手术治疗的行为明显优于对照组。结论：对进入白内障日间手术流程的患者给予围手术期健康教育，能够提高患者配合手术的依从性，使其能够自我护理，减少患者术前焦虑，保证白内障日间手术安全顺利进行，并提高护理的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effective methods of perioperative health education in patients with cataract during day operation, and to improve the compliance of patients with surgical operation. Methods： The random screening method for grouping, the control group was given routine nursing. The observation group given preoperative multimedia video viewing, surgery scene simulation health education do peri operative health education patients effectively intraoperative cooperation, and compared between the two groups of patients with compliance. Results：There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of anxiety, health propaganda and education content, and three aspects of nursing satisfaction, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in accordance with the doctor＇s request. Conclusion：In patients with cataract process of ambulatory surgery given peri operative health education, to improve the operation of the compliance of patients with the capable of self nursing, reduce preoperative anxiety, ensure safety in daytime cataract surgery smoothly and improve nursing satisfaction.
