胸部放疗使用体表标记线辅助摆位的临床效果研究

目的通过CBCT验证探究体表标记线对摆位精度的影响。方法：随机选取需进行胸部放疗的患者，分为实验组和对照组。实验组以体表标记线辅助摆位，对照组正常摆位，之后用CBCT修正摆位误差，对摆位误差进行统计分析。结果：采用体表标记线辅助摆位的患者在左右方向和头脚方向的误差减小，腹背方向无明显变化，头脚方向精度显著性提高。结论：体表辅助线对于胸部放疗病人的摆位精度有明显提升。

Objective To explore the influence of body surface marker on positioning accuracy by CBCT. Methods： The surface marker was applied to assist the positioning in the experimental group.Later the set-up errors were corrected by CBCT and given statistical analysis. Results： The patients positioned by the assistant body surface marker had reduced errors in LR direction and SI direction.Conclusion：The positioning accuracy of patients is improved by body surface marker.
