情景模拟培训在提高儿科急诊护士沟通能力中的应用

目的探讨情景模拟培训在提高儿科急诊护士沟通能力中的应用效果。方法：对本院儿科急诊科36名护士采取情景模拟培训，比较培训前后护士沟通能力评分及患儿家属对护士满意度情况。结果：3个月后患儿家属对急诊科护士各项服务满意度明显高于培训前，培训后儿科急诊护士沟通能力总分及各维度得分明显高于培训前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：情景模拟培训有助于提高儿科急诊护士与患儿及家属沟通能力，提高患儿及家属满意度。

Objective To explore t he effect of scenario simulation iraining in improving communication ability of nurses in pediatricemergency department. Methods：36 nurses in pediatric emergency department were trained through scenario simulation training, companied thecommunication ability score and children families＂ satisfaction before and after training nurses. Results：Three months after, the childrenfamilies＂ satisfaction is significantly higher, communication ability scores were also significantly higher, differences were statistically significant（P〈0．05）.Conclusion：Scene simulation training can improve communication skill of nurses in pediatric emergency department, and raise thesatisfaction of children families.
