情景模拟培训在提高儿科急诊护士沟通能力中的应用

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟培训在提高儿科急诊护士沟通能力中的应用效果。方法:对本院儿科急诊科36名护士采取情景模拟培训,比较培训前后护士沟通能力评分及患儿家属对护士满意度情况。结果:3个月后患儿家属对急诊科护士各项服务满意度明显高于培训前,培训后儿科急诊护士沟通能力总分及各维度得分明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:情景模拟培训有助于提高儿科急诊护士与患儿及家属沟通能力,提高患儿及家属满意度。 Objective To explore t he effect of scenario simulation iraining in improving communication ability of nurses in pediatricemergency department. Methods:36 nurses in pediatric emergency department were trained through scenario simulation training, companied thecommunication ability score and children families" satisfaction before and after training nurses. Results:Three months after, the childrenfamilies" satisfaction is significantly higher, communication ability scores were also significantly higher, differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Scene simulation training can improve communication skill of nurses in pediatric emergency department, and raise thesatisfaction of children families.
