多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理技术及磁共振成像在腕关节隐匿性损伤中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨多层螺旋cT(MSCT)后处理技术及磁共振成像(MRI)的联合应用在腕关节隐匿性损伤中的诊断价值。方法:选取腕部损伤而数字化x线(DR)检查未见异常,但临床高度怀疑骨折,分别进行MSCT扫描,并进行容积再现VR(volume reformation)和多平面重建MPR(multi—planar reformation)处理及MRI检查而最终确诊隐匿性损伤的病人26例。结果:26例中MSCT检查发现脱位21例,隐匿性骨折5例,软骨损伤0例,骨挫伤0例,移位骨碎片2例;磁共振(MR)检查发现脱位13例;隐匿性骨折2例,软骨损伤21例,骨挫伤20例,移位碎骨折片0例。结论:在腕关节隐匿性损伤(包括隐匿性骨折和脱位)中,多层螺旋cT扫描及其后处理(MPR、VR)技术和磁共振成像的联合应用能显著的提高临床诊断的准确率,减少漏诊和误诊,值得在临床中推广。 Objective To explore the muhislice CT (MSCT)post-processing technique, and combined application of magnetic resonanceimaging(MRI)diagnostic value in wrist occult injury.Methods:Select from January 2014 to May 2015 this wrist injury between digital X-ray (DR)inspection did not see abnormalities,but highly suspected as occult fractures by clinicians and were separately MSCT scanning,and reproducethe VR volume (volume reformation) and multiplanar reconstruction MPR (multi planar reformation) processing and MRI and 26 patientsdiagnosed as occult injury. Results: MSCT findings in 26 cases of dislocation of 21 cases,5 cases of occult fracture, 0 cases of cartilage andbone contusion 0 cases, displacement of bone fragments in 2 cases; Magnetic resonance (MR)examination revealed 13 cases of dislocation;Occult fracture in 2 cases,21 cases of cartilage and bone contusion 20 cases, displacement of crushed fracture 0 cases.Conclusion:In wristoccult injury (including occult fractures and dislocations) multislice CT scan and its post-treatment (MPR and VR) technology and the jointapplication of magnetic resonance imaging can significantly improve the accuracy in clinical diagnosis, reduce missed diagnosis andmisdiagnosis, is worth popularization in clinical.
