针对性护理干预应用于子宫肌瘤患者围手术期的临床效果观察

目的 观察针对性护理干预应用在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期的效果。方法：选取2015年1月-2016年1月期间我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者70例，分为2组，对照组行常规护理，实验组则开展针对性护理干预，分析2组护理的效果。结果：实验组护理后肝功能恢复时间、首次下床活动时间、平均住院天数及护理总满意度等均优于对照组，比较差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针对性护理干预在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期中的应用效果显著，值得推广。

Objective To analyse the effect of the application of targeted nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients withuterine fibroids. Methods： A total of 70 patients with uterine leiomyoma were treated in our hospital during January January 2015 to 2016, wererandomly divided into two groups, control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group is to carry out the pertinent nursingintervention, analysis of the effect of nursing care in the two groups. Results：The experimental group of nursing after liver function recoverytime, ambulation time, hospitalization and nursing satisfaction were superior to the control group,there is significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention was applied in the perioperative period in patients with uterine leiomyoma, worthy of promotion.
