老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿应用综合护理干预的临床效果观察

目的探析综合性护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的护理效果。方法：选取我院2013年11月-2014年11月收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿疾病患者80例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者予以常规护理，观察组患者在对照组护理基础上给予综合性护理干预，比较2组患者的护理满意度。结果：对比2组患者护理满意度，差异显著（P〈0．05），有统计学意义。结论：综合性护理干预能有效提高老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿疾病患者的护理满意度，有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the comprehensive effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonaryemphysema. Methods： Selected from November 2013 to November 2014 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema diseasetreated 80 cases as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group patients give routinenursing care, nursing based on the observation group of patients in the control group given comprehensive nursing intervention, compared twogroups of patients satisfaction with nursing care. Results： Compared two groups of patients nursing satisfaction, significant difference （P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the elderly patients with chronic obstructivepulmonary emphysema disease nursing satisfaction, has clinical value.
