血塞通注射液治疗脑出血的临床效果观察

目的对血塞通注射液治疗脑出血的临床效果进行观察，为临床治疗提供有效方案。方法：选取脑出血患者80例，随机平均分为实验组和对照组，每组各40例，对照组给予常规治疗，实验组在对照组治疗基础上给予血塞通治疗。结果：对比2组患者的治疗情况，实验组总有效率为95．00％，对照组为70．00％，P〈0．05；实验组经过治疗后，神经功能缺损评分和血肿量明显减少。结论：对于脑出血的患者，选用血塞通治疗，可改善脑部血液循环、增加脑血流量，能够降低患者脑组织的耗氧量，能够提高治疗效果，值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective The plug through injection of blood, observe the clinical effect of treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, provide effectivesolution for clinical treatment. Methods： 80 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients of our hospital, as the research object, and all of the patientswere randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in the control group given conventional treatment, the experimentalgroup in the control group treatment on the basis of giving blood through treatment. Results：The experimental group the total effective rate was95.00%, total effective rate was 70.00%, the control group （P〈0.05） ;the experimental group after treatment of nerve function defect grade andhematoma volume decreased significantly. Conclusion： In patients with cerebral hemorrhage, choose blood through treatment, can improve brainblood circulation, increase cerebral blood flow, can reduce the patients with brain tissue oxygen uptake, can improve the treatment effect, isworth popularizing in clinical use.
