小儿营养不良的健康教育及保健指导方法探讨

目的探讨小儿营养不良健康教育及保健指导方法。方法：选择营养不良患儿100例，对营养小良的原因进行分析，并采取对应的保健指导方法和健康教育，观察患儿家属健康知识熟知情况、健康行为与护理满意度。结果：患儿家属护理满意度高，健康知识知晓情况良好（P〈0．05）。结论：针对患儿营养不照症状，采用对应的保健指导和健康教育，能够有效改善患儿营养不良，值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the methods of health education and health education in children with malnutrition. Methods：Choosemalnourished children with 100 cases as the research object, this paper analyzes the causes of malnutrition in children, and take thecorresponding care guidelines and health education, observe known to families of children with health knowledge, health behavior and nursingsatisfaction. Results： Children with family members of the nursing satisfaction is high, the health knowledge as well （P〈O, O5）.Conclusion：Inchildren with malnutrition, add the corresponding health guidance and health education, can effectively improve children with malnutrition, isworth popularizing in clinical use.
