腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉应用于剖宫产术的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨在剖宫产手术中采用腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉的临床麻醉疗效。方法：选择1 10例行剖宫产手术的孕妇为研究对象，将孕妇随机分为2组，即观察组与对照组，每组孕妇55例，其中给予对照组孕妇硬膜外麻醉，而观察组孕妇采取腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉，观察2组孕妇临床麻醉效果。结果：观察组不良反应率5．45％，对照组20．096，观察组不良发生率比对照组低，差异具有统计学意义（X2=5．24，P〈0．05）。结论：腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉对孕妇的麻醉效果显著，具有起效快，对母婴的伤害小的优点，值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the lumbar hemp in cesarean section surgery using the clinical anesthesia efficacy of combined epiduralanesthesia. Methods： Choose 2012 August - in November 2015, 110 pregnant women underwent cesarean section surgery in our hospital as theresearch object, and pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group, each group of 55 cases ofpregnant women, which gives the control epidural anesthesia, pregnant women and lumbar hemp observation group of pregnant women to takecombined epidural anesthesia, observe clinical anesthesia effect 2 groups of pregnant women. Results： Observation group adverse reaction rate was5.45%, and 20.0% in control group, the observation group adverse occurrence is lower than control group, difference has statistical significance（chi-square =5.24, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Lumbar hemp combined epidural anesthesia for the pregnant woman, has quick effect, the advantages ofthe smaller to the harm of maternal and infant, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
