摘要
目的探讨耳穴埋豆治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法:选择原发性高血压患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用厄贝沙坦、左旋氨氯地平治疗和常规的护理措施干预,观察组在此基础上采用耳穴埋豆,共治疗2周。结果:干预2周后,观察组的有效率(95.oO%)优于于对照组(81.67%),2组差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组和观察组治疗后72 h、1周和2周,较治疗前的收缩压和舒张压均降低,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组的证候疗效有效率(96.67%)优于对照组(85.00%),2组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆能明显改善原发性高血压患者的收缩压和舒张压,能较好的控制患者的血压及其症状,且无不良反应,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of Auricular beans buried on the improvement of the blood pressure and syndromes of patientswith essential hypertension.Methods:Choice of cheng du university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital cardiovascular internal medicinediagnosis of 120 cases of patients with essential hypertension,each 60 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group using Irbesartan, left-handed mlodipine therapy and routine nursing interventions, Observation group on the basis of usingAuricular beans buried,2 weeks of treatment.Results:After intervention, The blood pressure effect of effective rate (95%) of observation groupwere higher than control group (81.67%),compared the two groups statistically significant difference (P〈0.05);After the control group andobservation group were treated 72h,1 week and 2 weeks ,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than before thetreatment, compared the two groups statistically significant difference (P〈0.05);The observation group after treatment in patients with syndromescurative effect efficient(96.67%) were higher than the control group(85.00%),compared the two groups statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Auricular beans buried can obviously improve systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension, also canbetter control the patient's blood pressure and its symptoms, and no adverse reactions, it is worth popularizing in clinical implementation.
