腹针加药物熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症80例临床观察

目的观察腹针联合药物熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：选取腰椎间盘突出症患者160例，随机分成观察组（n=80）和对照组（n＝80），对照组采取药物熏蒸治疗，观察组在药物熏蒸基础上，加用腹针治疗，比较2组临床效果。结果：观察组总有效率96．25％，对照组81．25％，观察组高于对照组（P〈0．05）。2组治疗后，压痛评分均优于治疗前；且观察组疼痛评分显著优于治疗前（P〈0．05）。2组间比较，观察组治疗后的压痛和疼痛评分改善情况，显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：腹针联合药物熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效较单独中药熏蒸更加显著，可以短时间内起到良好的镇痛效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with medicine fumigation in the treatment of lumbardisc herniation. Methods： A total of admitted to our hospital for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were 160 cases, take were randomlydivided into observation group （n=80） and control group （n=80） and control group take medicine fumigation therapy were observed group on thebasis of drug fumigation and abdominal acupuncture treatment, compared two groups of clinical effect. Results： the total effective rate was96.25% in the observation group and 81.25% in the control group, and the observation group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Aftertreatment, the tenderness score of the two groups was better than before treatment, and the pain score of the observation group was significantlybetter than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. Comparison between the two groups, the observation group after treatment of tenderness and painscore improvement, significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined withdrug fumigation treatment of lumbar protrusion of the intervertebral disc than single herbal fumigation is more significant, can in a short periodof time to excellent analgesic effect is favorable to the patient.
