“从络论治”针灸治疗偏头痛

目的观察‘从络论治’针灸治疗偏头痛的可行性。方法：设立对照组，通过临床治疗观察，比较两组的即时镇痛效果以及治疗后4周和随访3、6个月的疗效。结果：治疗组的即时镇痛效果以及治疗后4周和随访3个月、6个月的疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：应用中医络病理论辩证针灸治疗偏头痛疗效显著，值得推广。

Objective Observation comments on the feasibility ＂administering an acupuncture and moxibustion curing a migraine from net-like things＂. Methods：Sets up the curative effect contrasting a group, passing 3 months, 6 months curing observation clinically, comparing theeffect easing pain immediately and 4 cycles curing the queen curing a group and contrasting a group＇s with follow-up.Results：The obviousgroup better than contrasting who cures set of curative effects composing in reply immediately follow-up 3 months, 6 months as well as curinglast 4 cycles the analgesic effect （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：the curative effect applying the dialectical acupuncture and moxibustion of doctor oftraditional Chinese medicine net-like things disease theory curing a migraine notable, is worth it extension.
