中医药联合帕罗西丁治疗原发性抑郁症疗效的研究

中医认为抑郁症属于中医”郁症”范畴，主要由情志不舒，气机不畅而引起的情绪抑郁，思绪不宁等症状。中医药对抑郁症在动物实验和临床上的研究均取得良好的效果，为中医药治疗抑郁症提供循证医学的依据。

Objective To observe the efficacy of self-point massage of reducing the degree of cancer-related fatigue on patients with lungcancer during chemotherapy. Methods： 105 cases of lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy were randomly divided into 2 groups, thecontrol group （52 cases） received regular chemotherapy nursing. Observation group （53 cases） on basis of regular chemotherapy nursing, weregiven point massage by the specialist nurses for once and asked to complete a quantitative point massage by themselves or their families form 3days. Results： Compare two groups of patients with the degree of the cancer-related fatigue by Chinese version of the Brief Fatigue Inventory,the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Self-point massage can alleviate the cancer-related fatigue of the lung cancer patients during receiving chemotherapy.
