骨伤科一号方治疗工工型原发性骨质疏松症的临床研究

目的探讨骨伤科1号方在治疗II型原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：收治100例II型原发性骨质疏松症患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，对照组给予口服仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗，治疗组给予骨伤科1号方中药汤剂口服治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为88％，高于对照组的74％（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组间骨密度及疼痛缓解情况（VAs评分）相比，治疗组的改善情况均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：骨伤科l号方治疗II型原发性骨质疏松症效果显著，有增加骨密度、抑制骨痛的作用值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Gushang decoction on treating primary osteoporosis. Methods： 100 patientswith primary osteoporosis to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 in each. The control group wasgiven Xianlinggubao Capsule; the observation group was given the Gushang decoction oral treatment. Compared the clinical efficacy of the twogroups, before treatment and third months of treatment bone mineral density and low pain. Results： The total efficiencyof observation group was88%, higher than 74% in the control group （P〈0.05）.3 months after treatment, two groups of bone density,the changes of the pain （VAS score）were obviously improved than before treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Gushang decoction is effective on treating primary osteoporosis, it hasobvious effect in treating low pain from primary osteoporosis,and increase bone density.It is worth the clinical promotion.
