银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及其作用机制。方法：将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，对照组采用静脉滴注丹参川芎嗪和奥扎格雷钠治疗，试验组采用静脉滴注丹参川芎嗪和银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗。结果：两组患者治疗后的NIHSS量表评分和mRS指数均有改善，但试验组总体疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。二组治疗过程中，患者仅有头晕、乏力、恶心、皮疹等轻微不良反应，无严重不良事件发生。结论：银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗急性脑梗死具有明显的临床疗效，且较安全。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Diterpene Ginkgolides Meglumine Injection （DGMI） in treating patient s with acutecerebral infarction. Methods： 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated withintravenous injection of Salviae Mihiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride and sodium ozagrel in the treatment of, the experimental group useIntravenous Injection Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine and ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection in the treatment of. Results： two groupsof patients after the treatment of NIHSS scale score and mRS index were improved, but the overall efficacy of the experimental group wassignificantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. In the two groups of treatment, patients with mild adverse reactions, such as dizziness,fatigue, nausea, rash, no serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion：Diterpene Ginkgolides Meglumine Injection should be an effective and safedrug to improve cerebral functions in patient s with acute cerebral infarction.
