自拟定眩汤加减配合足底穴位敷贴治疗眩晕症100例疗效观察

目的探讨自拟定眩汤配合足底穴位敷贴治疗眩晕症方法和临床效果。方法：回顾分析我中心近3年收治的100例眩晕症患者临床资料，其中50例常规口服扩脑血管药物结合活血化瘀中成药治疗，作为对照组；50例采用自拟定眩汤配合足底穴位敖贴治疗，设为治疗组；比较两组治疗疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为92％，显著高于对照组的68％，P〈0．05。结论：自拟定眩汤祛风化痰、补益肝肾、行气活血，配合足底穴位敷贴治疗眩晕症临床效果较好，值得推广。

Objective To investigate self-made Dingxuan decoction combined with plantar acupoint application therapy and clinical effect ofvertigo method. Methods：a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 100 patients in our center during the past three years were vertigo inpatients, in which 50 cases of conventional oral expanding cerebrovascular drug is combined with Huoxue Huayu Chinese medicine treatment,as the control group; 50 cases using self-made Dingxuan decoction combined with plantar acupoint sticking therapy, treatment group; comparedtwo groups of patients with curative effect. Results：the total effective rate was 92% in the treatment group and control group, the total effectiverate was 68%, P〈0.05. Conclusion：the self-made fixed dazzle soup to dispel phlegm of weathering, benefiting liver and kidney, Qi Huoxue, withplantar aeupoint paste in the treatment of vertigo has good clinical effect and is worthy to be popularized.
