舒适护理在脑梗死肢体偏瘫患者康复护理工作中的应用

目的针对脑梗死肢体偏瘫患者进行舒适护理，探索研究舒适护理的有效性。方法：选取住院脑梗死患者100例进行研究，随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组采取舒适护理模式，对照组采取常规护理模式，经过三个月的临床护理干预后进行神经功能缺损对比评价分析。结果：干预组的有效率显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对脑梗死肢体偏瘫患者进行舒适护理，能加快疾病的治愈，提高患者生活质量，值得推广。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of comfort nursing care for patients with cerebral infarction with hemiplegia. Methods：Thirty one hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction in 100 cases of, take random grouping, divided into intervention group and controlgroup, take comfortable nursing in the intervention group, while the control group adopted routine nursing mode, after three months of clinicalnursing intervention of neural function defect assessment of comparative analysis. Results：The effective rate of the intervention group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The comfortable nursing forpatients with hemiplegia of cerebral infarction, accelerate the cure of the disease, improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth promoting.
