病例导入式教学在急诊医学理论教学中的应用

摘要 目的回顾性研究病例导入式教学在急诊理论教学中的效果。方法;急诊医学教学内容随机分为两组,实验组15学时,采用病例导入式教学法;对照组15学时,采用传统教学法。学期末对两部分课程分别行闭卷考试,比较两组成绩。结果:实验组平均成绩、学生出勤率、回答问题正确率,均显著高于对照组;开小差发生率,屁著低于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:病例导入式教学的效果明显优于传统教学,大大提高了学生学习兴趣,提高了急诊医学教学质量。 Objective To retrospective study cases into type teaching in the teaching of emergency theory in effect.Methods:Emergency medicine teaching contents were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group 15 hours,use cases into type teaching method; The control group of 15 hours,the traditional teaching method. Line at the end of the semester respectively for the two curricula request for examination,compared two groups of results,at the same time to record the performance of the students in the class analysis,the obtained data statistics processing. Results:Mean scores of the experimental group was, student attendance rate, answer questions correct rate, were significantly higher than those in the control group; desertion rate, was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.01).Conelusion:The cases of the import type teaching effect is superior to traditional teaching, greatly improving the students" learning interest,improve the quality of emergency medicine teaching.
