摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在ICD编码带教的应用价值。方法:将学生随机分为对照组和观察组各9人,对照组学生采用传统教学法,观察组学生采用PBL教学法,比较教学效果。结果:对照组理论成绩平均为(80.1±9.2)分,操作成绩平均为(78.2±9.1)分,观察组理论成绩平均为(88.9±7.6)分,操作成绩平均为(88.5±7.9)分,观察组成绩明显高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论:将PBL理念融入病案信息管理的ICD编码教学中,对于提高学生自主学习能力,提升学生对专业相关知识理解和应用能力等方面有重要作用。
Objective Discusses the application of PBL teaching method in the ICD coding teaching value.Methods:The students wererandomly divided into 2 groups:The control group 9 people,Observation group 9 people,The control group students in traditional teachingmethod,Observation group of students using PBL teaching method,Comparing the teaching effect.Results:Control group theory results averaged(80.1±9.2)points,Operation of the average was(78.2±9.1)points,Theory of observation group of average score was(88.9±7.6)points,Operation of theaverage was (88.5±7.9),Results observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion:Ineorporate the concept ofPBL in medical record information management ICD coding teaching, For the improvement of students" autonomous learning ability, Enhancestudents understanding of professional knowledge and application ability, etc, play an important role.
