儿童癫痫性痉挛的脑电图变化及其与预后的关系

目的分析不同年龄组儿童癫痫性痉挛（Es）的临床表现、视频脑电图（VEEG）特点、治疗效果及预后。方法：对19例诊断为癫痫性痉挛的患儿，对其临床及VEEG资料，进行回顾性分析研究，按年龄分组，起病年龄为3．5-〈12个月的为早发型癫痫性痉挛（IOS）13例；起病年龄〉12个月的为晚发型癫痫性痉挛6例。结果：两组患儿发作表现相似，发作间期脑电图特点和药物治疗效果有差异。结论：癫痫性痉挛无论发病年龄早晚，预后均不良，隐匿性Es、病程短、发病早期睡眠纺锤波出现良好及近期疗效好的患儿预后好。

Objective To analyze the different age groups of children epileptic spasm （ES） of the clinical manifestations, videoelectroencephalogram （VEEG） characteristics, treatment effect and prognosis.Methods：19 patients with a diagnosis of children with epilepticspasms, the clinical and EEG data, were retrospectively analyzed, grouped by age, age of onset 3.5- 〈12 months of for early onset epilepsyspasm （IOS） in 13 cases; age of patient 〉12 months in 6 cases with late onset epileptic spasms.Results：Two groups of children with similarsymptoms, EEG characteristics and drug treatment effects were different.Conclusion：Epileptic spasms whatever early onset or Late onset, theprognosis was poor, hidden es, short duration, early onset of sleep spindles appear good and good curative effect in the near future prognosis ofchildren with good.
