改良冰袋在血液透析患者内瘘穿刺失败早期的应用

目的探讨分析改良冰袋在血液透析患者内瘘穿刺失败早期的应用效果。方法：随机选取血液透析内瘘穿刺失败患者80例，早期应用本院自制改良冰袋进行护理，观察护理效果。结果：80例患者皮下血肿未继续扩大，淤血完全消散，内瘘通畅，透析血量正常。结论：改良冰袋应用于血液透析患者内瘘穿刺失败早期，可有效降低皮下血肿的发生，消肿止痛效果良好，可广泛推广。

Objective To explore Improved ice bag application in early failure of Hemodialysis patients with Internal fistula puncture.Methods：Randomly selected hemodialysis fistula puncture failure in patients with 80 cases, fistula puncture failure early application of theself-made modified ice pack nursing and observation the effect of nursing.Resuhs：80 cases of patients with subcutaneous hematoma did notcontinue to expand, congestion disappear completely, fistula pateney, normal blood dialysis.Conclusion：Application of improved ice bag inhemodialysis patients with internal fistula puncture failure early, can effectively reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hematoma, detumesceneeand aeesodyne effect is good, widely.
